Civil litigation is a robust division with strong and extensive practice in court. It includes the following segments: Corporate Law, Civil Law (notably social responsibility issues), contracts, social security, bankruptcy and recovery (judicial and extrajudicial), credit instruments, family and probate. The civil area advises business companies and other types of legal entities from different sizes and individuals, including counseling (especially in the preparation of legal opinions) and litigation. Our staff of attorneys is composed of over 40 professionals, including one Management board and two Coordination divisions.

From the early 1990’s, with the enactment of the Consumer Protection Code, the firm specialized in this area and started to defend the rights and interests of goods and service suppliers through a Unit Specialized in Special Civil Courts – “JECs”.
